Christmas Card #3 - 2013...

Here is Card #3 in my Christmas Series.. I used old personal photographs like this one, of my best friend and my brother when we were wee ones!! I am sure my friend will enjoy the trip down memory lane...

I made a bunch of these for my family and friends.... they were actually not hard to mass produce... I just had to find some old photos and print them up...

Christmas Card #2 - 2013...

I had recently purchased several dies from the Tim Holtz Christmas Collection - 2013 and couldn't wait to play with them.,... and here is the Ice Skates Die... isn't is GORGEOUS?? hee hee.. I suspect I will get many years of enjoyment and use from them.. they are a Classic!!

The background mat is once again a faux lettepress technique..I really like the texture it gives to a card....

A little white acrylic paint around the edges and Voila..we'll call it done!!

Sympathy Card #3 - 2013...

I thought I would continue making a few more Sympathy Cards, although this could be simply a "Thinking of You" card, which is why at this time I will leave the inside of the card blank..

I've kept the design relatively simple, enhancing the card with die cuts and an embossing folder and I really like how elegant it looks..

Hope it helps inspire..

Halloween Side Step Card - 2013...

It's that time of year again..when you can soon expect those ghouls and goblins to show up at your door!!
I really love making Halloween cards and mini-albums and this one was no exception. I also enjoy interactive cards and had a blast with this side step card.... there are tons of tutorials on YouTube for them, so I won't try to re-invent the wheel.....
Used LOTS of punching ... die cutting.. heat embossing and just generally played with anything that came to mind!! I also used a Versamark Embossing pen  and black embossing powder to highlight the pumpkin/owl die cut
Thanks for looking.....
