 Such a simple moment... but a first for little Avery... and that look of fascination on her face is so very precious...

The Flowers are from a HKC die/stamp/stencil set called Floral Clusters. I know I will get a lot of use from this beautiful set.

I Love You Together So Much...

How much change takes place in almost 3 years... all except how close and loving Karla and Avery are... I love seeing photos like that... it makes me so happy, because I know how much Karla loves being a Mother..

Cool Kid 2023...

 I am slowly working my way through my stash and of course, finding lots of pretty things I had completely forgotten about.. I certainly hope I will continue this process before giving in and buying new product...!!

The background paper is from Simple Stories and no longer available... but there are always wonderful wood grain/plank pages in some collection...

The ephemera are all from a company in NZ called Creative Path and this is their Nature Collection...

The banner dies are from Pink Fresh Studios and are still available..

Sunshine & Me 2023...

I am feeling so rusty with my scrapbooking, that it's taking me forever to create a page... hopefully that won't last forever and my inner Craft Goddess will heed my calls of desperation...!! LOL

It really does help to have these precious photos of my Granddaughter Avery.. and this one with her Dad helping her get ready to go outside is the very definition of sweetness..

I used an older paper from Heidi Swapp and the "Floral Cluster" Stamp and Die set from Hip Kit Club's October 2022 collection..

Sisters 2023...

It's International Scrapbooking Day ( Wk/end ).. So I'm playing along with what I have in my stash... I had forgotten how wonderful Vicki Boutin papers were.. and why I was hoarding them... LOL

This is one of my favourite photos of my oldest and youngest granddaughters.. they are 22 yrs apart and as you can see, they adore each other.

Another fun Vintage card with a stamp from a Stamperia Collection, that I lightly coloured and fussy cut.. Backed it with some foam tape and placed it on a matt, where I used several stamps to create a mixed media background...

The Professor 2023...

 

I am trying to make all of my Birthday Cards before the snow when I will need to spend more time outdoors..

I've had these stamps in my stash for awhile and was happy to finally get a chance to play with them.. I stamped the Professor on some Bristol Cardstock, added some skin tone markers and coppery brown markers, then fussy cut him out... added some foam tape and placed him on a background stamped matt.. added a few gears.. some distress inking... a word snip and voila... one more card done..!!
